ERP and CRM rollouts have a reputation for going sideways. In our experience the failures rarely come from code — they come from three predictable places.
1. Scope that never closes
Every department wants 'just one more field'. Without a locked V1 scope, the project becomes a moving target. We define the smallest system that runs the core workflow end to end, ship it, then extend from real usage.
2. Adoption treated as an afterthought
A system nobody uses is worse than no system. Adoption is a design problem: fewer clicks, sensible defaults, and workflows that match how people already work. We involve the actual users early, not just the sponsors.
3. Data nobody trusts
Garbage migrated in is garbage forever. We treat data migration as its own workstream — cleaning, mapping and validating before go-live, with clear error reporting so the client's team can fix what only they can fix.
Ship the core workflow, make it the path of least resistance, and never migrate data you don't trust.
